Dana Gill, Founder & Executive Director
As Executive Director, Dana Gill provides leadership and strategic direction for Nexus Empowerment Foundation, guiding its mission, organizational development, and community engagement efforts. She leads the development of initiatives that promote youth empowerment, personal growth, and equitable opportunities while building collaborative relationships with community organizations, local stakeholders, and residents. Through strategic planning, partnership development, and community-focused leadership, she works to advance the foundation’s goals and create meaningful opportunities for youth and the communities it serves.
